Help Desk

Utilizing our help desk ticketing system enables Mid Valley IT to support its clients both remotely and on location. Have an issue and need support? Email our help desk (helpdesk@midvalleyit.com) and a ticket will be created for you. When the ticket is created you will receive a confirmation reply stating that your ticket has been logged in and being assigned to an engineer.

You will also receive a closed ticket email when your ticket has been completed. With this email a brief description will be added to the ticket, stating what was done to complete the ticket and also the status of the ticket; whether the ticket is completed, waiting for parts, waiting for authorization, etc.

Emergencies

We know that some tickets need immediate attention (network outage, security breach, production stoppage). In case of such an emergency we have a support line that you can call and get into contact with us.
